WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
WARRANTY CONDITIONS:
- All products from Vietnumis Fashion Co., Ltd.
DURATION & SCOPE OF APPLICATION:
- Duration: 1 year from the purchase date (based on invoice date).
- Scope: Applies to genuine products purchased at Vietnumis system (showrooms, website, fanpage, etc.), and defects arising during usage that can be repaired.
WARRANTY POLICY (FREE AND PAID REPAIR):
3.1: Free Warranty Conditions:
- The product is still within the warranty period from the date of purchase.
- The product is defective but used according to the instructions provided with the product.
- All technical issues from the manufacturer, such as: thread unraveling, thread breakage due to loose knots or poor thread quality (does not cover damage caused by external forces).
- Simple repairs such as hemming, adjusting the fit of the product.
- Limitation of defects or details that alter the design of the product.
- Replacement of accessories: For products with damaged zippers, missing buttons, or logos within 90 days from the purchase date.
3.2: Paid Warranty/Repairs:
- Products exceeding the warranty period as per Vietnumis’ policy.
- Products requiring repairs per customer request or additional materials; customers are responsible for the extra cost.
- Products with defects caused by user handling (based on product details).
- Products discounted by 40% or more, outlet products, or last season items. (**Repair fees and materials will be detailed in the catalog).
WARRANTY PROCESS:
- During product use, Vietnumis encourages customers to refer to the user manual to maintain the product properly.
- Please bring the product to any Vietnumis showroom nationwide for inspection and advice. After receiving the product, Vietnumis will inspect its condition and notify the customer about the warranty results.
For simple repairs: 3-5 working days (excluding weekends and holidays).
For technical repairs: 5-7 working days (excluding weekends and holidays).EXCEPTIONS TO WARRANTY:
- Products that have been altered or repaired without following the Vietnumis warranty process.
- Products with defects caused by improper use or care** are not covered, even within the warranty period (**e.g., color fading, severe material damage).
- Complex repairs that may alter the original design of the product.
- Products given as gifts in promotions or as part of collections.
NOTES:
- Repair times vary depending on the complexity of the product.
- For online purchases, customers requiring warranty repairs can bring the product to any official Vietnumis showroom.
- Any special cases will be handled according to Vietnumis’ special policy.
EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY
EXCHANGE / RETURN TIMEFRAME:
- Within 07 days from the purchase date (as per invoice date).
- For online purchases, the timeframe is calculated from the date the customer receives the product (based on courier confirmation).
PRODUCTS ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE / RETURN:
- Full-price items.
- Items with discounts under < 40%.
EXCHANGE LOCATIONS:
- Available at all Vietnumis showrooms nationwide.
EXCHANGE / RETURN CONDITIONS:
- The item must be unused, with original tags, barcodes intact, and the receipt intact.
- For exchanges or returns without the receipt, please visit the showroom where the purchase was made for assistance.
- For gifts, the customer can use the phone number provided by the buyer to match the item, size, and invoice number for the exchange.
- The value of the exchanged/returned product will be calculated based on the price on the original invoice.
- Only products with manufacturer defects (e.g., fabric tears before use, color bleeding, scratches, fading) are eligible for exchange/return, provided they meet the label and tag conditions.
- Returns can be exchanged for another product or a voucher of equivalent value.
REASONS FOR EXCHANGE / RETURN DENIAL:
- Purchases made more than 07 days ago.
- Labels, barcodes, or tags are missing.
- Products that have been altered, used (e.g., dirty, torn, damaged, threads pulled, faded, with unusual odors), damaged due to external factors after purchase, or missing accessories.
- Hosiery, face masks, innerwear.
- Products given as gifts in promotions or as part of collections.
NOTES:
- Customers can only exchange for a product of equal or higher value and must pay the price difference.
- Returns for cash refunds are not accepted under any circumstances.
- Products can only be exchanged once per receipt.
- Any special cases will be handled according to Vietnumis’ special policies.
